# Terms of Service — OP Links Agent Effective date: April 25, 2026 ## 1. The Service OP Links Agent ("the Service") is a personal automation tool operated by Darren Herman ("Operator") for the sole purpose of assisting with editorial work for The Operating Partner newsletter at opletter.com. The Service is private, internal, and intended only for use by the Operator himself. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other party. The OAuth user cap on this application is 1. ## 2. Acceptance By authorizing the Service to access Google APIs on your behalf, you (the authorized user — meaning, the Operator) agree to these Terms. ## 3. Service description The Service searches the public web for editorial content, scores it against a private taste profile, and delivers selected items to the authorized user via Gmail and Google Drive. It does not provide any service to third parties. ## 4. Permitted use The Service is intended only for: - Personal editorial research by Darren Herman - Delivering curated content to Darren Herman's own Gmail inbox - Creating weekly editorial digest documents in Darren Herman's Google Drive Any other use is outside the scope of this Service. ## 5. No warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Operator makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. ## 6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from use of the Service. ## 7. Termination The authorized user may terminate use of the Service at any time by revoking the Service's OAuth permissions via Google Account Permissions. The Operator may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. ## 8. Modifications to these Terms If material changes are made to these Terms, the "Effective date" above will be revised. ## 9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. ## 10.
